Indy's Iconic Multi-Use Event Space

The historic Murat Shrine has been hosting weddings, corporate and special events of all kinds in downtown Indianapolis since 1884. 

 

Located off New Jersey Street and Massachusetts Avenue, the newly renovated Murat Shrine offers a variety of event rooms for smaller groups to seated guest counts as high as 300 with conveniently located parking.

Tunisian Room

The newly renovated Tunisian Room has seating for roughly 100 guests that can be expanded to just under 200 by adding in the connected Oasis Lounge area.  The two rooms in combination offer 12 large screen LED’s for professional video presentations and sound.

Arabian Room

The 2nd floor Arabian Room can seat up to 300 guests and offers a stage with professional sound and lighting, large dance floor and two full bar’s.

Grafton Peek is the exclusive caterer at the Murat and provides customized catering and bar services to best suit your ideal taste and budget.
